It is always better when you post a picture of the cowl tag. Based on what you did post it is a 70 442 Club Coupe, built the 4 week of September and was built in New Jersey, color top and bottom is galleon Gold, with black bench seat interior.

So, for sure not a w30 They were all built in Lansing. it also did not come with a vinyl top.

If you get a picture of your tag or get all the info you can put it into this web site and it will help you out.

Hope this helps

Just to break down your trim tag in detail...

ST 70 = style/model year = 1970

34477:
3 = GM division = Oldsmobile
44 = model series = 442
77 = body type = sports coupe (2-door p

E = assembly plant = Linden NJ

79 BDY = Fisher body number (has no relation to the VIN)

TR 940 = interior color and front seat type = black interior with a split bench seat

55 55 PNT = lower and upper body colors = galleon gold for both

09D = time build code = September (09), 4th week of that month (D), 1969. Yours is a fairly early production 4-4-2 for 1970.

Two projects, I know someone who will be busy for years to come! Mine is all done, other than tweaking a few items, which will have to wait till spring. Got your roof and cowl all in last year, all turned out beautifully.

It surely is. Thanks for the compliment. I'll post some pictures next week. I am getting a flash drive of pictures the body guy took.
How is your 72 coming along?

Going into the body shop in the next 10-14 days. Cannot wait. Been a long wait. Hope to be driving her in the Spring. We'll see. Crossing fingers & toes.

Who is the patron saint of muscle cars ? I'll start praying to him/her.
