?

I don't know if this is helpful or not, so I am just putting it out there that perhaps that "EM8" is really an "EMB" for "emblem?"

One generic website claiming to document GM RPO codes says that B94 is indeed an emblem, but says it is a "GT" emblem.

Another website claiming the same says "MOLDINGS AND EXT EMBLEMS B71 - B94."

I hope this at least points you in the right direction.

Be aware that RPO codes were recycled over the years and don't always mean the same thing every year. Unless the RPO code definition includes a model year and division, you don't know for sure if it is correct for the year you care about.
