Does anyone reproduce the 67 442 headlight bezels yet? Mine are kind of beat up, and before I spend a bunch of time restoring them, I figured it would be worth checking into re-pops.

Fusick was going to have them but there were tooling issues.
At least they didn't just accept them messed up and sell them to you without telling you abut the flaws like some other places would do.

"As for the 1967 Cutlass-442 Headlight Bezels, we have mutually agreed with the
manufacturer to cease efforts on the problematic tooling issue. Should anything
change in the future, we will alert you through the catalog or website."

 

Are the 442 and cutlass ones different?? I have a pair ones kind of beat up the other one is really nice. they are in a pile of for sale parts if you need some?

 

Thanks Andy, but the 442 headlight bezels are different than the cutlass. The442 bezels lack the cutout for horizontal grill trim.

Just finished a complete resto on my 67 442. I can tell you from many searches that there is not at this time a compatible reproduction made. The regular cutlass ones will not work either - the cut out.
Best bet, like I did, is to take yours in and have them redone.
