what can a TH350 handle?

I'm considering a 455 to replace the 350 in my Cutlass, but I'd like to keep the TH350 instead of resorting to a TH400. How much torque/hp can the TH350 safely handle? I'm not looking to create an all out race car; just a street-strip application that can do mid 13s - but more street than strip.
Thanks,

- GoldOlds

the Th350 can take a beating when prepared properly, i have a TCI streetfighter Th350 in my cutlass and it is rated for 450hp, well i ran 13.30s with that car and its still holding up
