power combo

What is the best comp cam for E heads big valve, and what is for Edelbrock heads?
engine:
461cid, 10.5 compression, torker intake, Holly 850dp, MSD sys., headers.

Im looking for great combo for Hi-performance street race and drive with no problem.

dude that is such a vague question...the best cam for me may be too small for you or vice versa. Do you really have 10.5 compression? Do you have power brakes or anything that needs vacuum?

A little more background for the car and your experience would help in determining what kind of cam to recommend for you.

Why are you limiting yourself to those cams?

What heads? Iron? Edelbrock? Ported? Unported?
That makes a difference.

Then I'd do an Erson with their .355 lift lobes, probably a 236/244 on a 112. Lift would be .568 on both. With ported heads and/or Edelbrock heads the added lift is worth something. Otherwise it's a waste.

I sold a similar cam to a guy with a 455 Buick, ported iron heads and a 175 shot of NO2. Made 580 at the rear wheels.

Gears tire size finnal gear ratio matter! Car weight,a/c,heads flow rate. Are things to consider. I have had my best luck with the comp cams there tech help line is good dont hesitate to call them. You dont want to be pulling your cam out or your engine after installed! Make sure all your engine coponents are part of your engine build! Good luck.
