antenna

If you find one and you have an extra chrome mount (the part on the top of the fender that mounts it to the fender) I would be intrested in buying it.

I found another antenna but it didn't have the top chrome mount. If anyone come across one or has one please let me know. I can see that this part would be hard to find and would like to have a spare one just in case.

Thanks, Dan

Are you looking for the spacer? Or the nut (with the two dimples)?

It's great how that guy has no idea what he's selling. That is only the nut, not the spacer and it is only for power, not manual antennas.

And, they are are available from Fusick's for around $20.

Paul,

You were right Fusick does have it. But all I saw was the Antenna Nut and Rubber Antenna mounting pad. I didn't see the spacer. Do you know were to get this.

Power Antenna

Hello Dan
I was able to find three power antennas in the garage. I've not had the time to test any of them yet, and am not sure you can make any of them look good on your car, but photos are on my photobucket site if you want to check them out: http://s90.photobucket.com/albums/k257/2blu442/

In the picture of all three, the top is from a 1969 Buick Electra rear quarter panel, the bottom is from a 1966 Riviera front fender, and the middle one I don't remember what I pulled it from. The middle one has more plastic on it which makes me think it may be newer, but the top of the antenna mast has the same shape as the old ones. Check them out and let me know what you think. John

Dan,

How did you make out with that list of vendors who listed that NOS spacer?
