1968 Cutlass S Post Parts Car

We have decided to part out the 68 Post. It is not as solid as we were hoping. And we found a nice project from orange442 instead.

The highlights would be:
Post doors $100-250 depending on condition
2 good fenders $250 ea
S hood (some rust) $125 no shipping
good bumpers $100 ea
nice core support $200
driver quality trunklid $100
nice S/442 tail lights and housings $50 pr

Keeping the post chrome and b pillar plastics. Everything else is up for grabs.

Matt, is it a console shift car? Need the backdrive rod if it is.
IF it is the same as 69, hell it may not even have one, not sure on the 68's.

Tweed the 442 and S have the above style. The f-85's and supreme lenses are completely red without grey outline .

Is this an A/C car or NO A/c
If no A/C I' interested in the heater control, the cables, and the heater box under the dash.

Would you be willing to separate the aluminum trim that goes around the door window frames & backseat side windows? I've got a post car that someone removed these from with a prybar!

John,
I can try and take those apart. I've read that it isn't easy to do without mangling.

Going to pull the body off the frame within the next few weeks. Keeping most of the parts for a 68 conv't project. The hard top frame, post doors, trunklid are available. The dash pad is cracked badly. I will get it all apart and get the conv't home and update this thread. Thanks.

Do you have the Rear of Hood Cowl Grille or Vent pieces for sale?

401609 is the part number in the assembly manual for the front piece

I did not get the convertible project. So all of this car is available. Chrome 1/4 window chrome and b pillar plastics are spoken for. Sold the a/c ducts. Still plenty of good parts available.

I'm interested in the rear bumper (442). Can you send pics? Dents, rust, etc. Also, a shipping estimate to Damascus, Oregon. Thanks, Mike

I would still be interested in the trim that fits to the outside door and back seat window areas if you were wiling to try and remove it. I've got a 442 post car that a previous owner removed all the trim with a prybar

Hi Matt
I'm not sure if your saying you have these parts or not. Attached is a picture of the project car I'm collecting parts for. When I contacted you back in May I was trying to describe the aluminum exterior trim around the door and back seat glass. If you still have these pieces and would be willing to try and remove them I'd like to purchase them. John

I have a 69 that I need a core support for. I know the front of a 68 and 69 are different but not sure if that's the same for the core support. I'm interested in the one you have if I can use it.
