The original manumatic shifter, the 60s version of todays I wanna shift my automatic like a standard. Sometimes called a his and hers shifter The hers side shifts like a normal auto shifter w prnd , the his side allows you to shift from l to s to D by slamming the shifter forward (as if racing some unknown street foe) and it only goes to the next detent until its slammed forward again.

RetroRanger,

The shifter arrived today and man, I got to tell you, it feels great and shifts nice! Way nicer than the one I already head on the shelf. I will be taking the mounting brackets and parts from my other duel gate shifter and moving them to this one. The plan is to install the completed package into my 442 convertible.

Thanks
