Chrome Seat Piping '66-'72 Cutlass

For sale -

Six piece Seat Economy Chrome Piping - '66-'72 Cutlass. This is OPGI Part ID CHV0259. They claim it is enough for two bucket seats or one bench seat.

Bought for my 69 Cutlass. I missed the OPGI fine print that it is for repro bucket seat backs only, and found the internal channel size is too small for my factory originals.

One piece has three inches of wear from the aborted install attempt, but looks fine. The other five pieces were never touched.

$25 shipped to continental US.

If you still want the correct chrome piping, Ames Pontiac has it, fits and looks like OEM.

Seat piping

Thanks for the info. I have long since ordered and installed the premolded set from the Parts Place. I can't compare it to the Ames part since I have not seen it, but the one I got installed easily and looks great. Who knows, it may be one and the same item, just from a different vendor.

The one I have for sale may be useful to someone with more patience than I had trying to install it on an original seat back. It should fit fine on a repop seat back( per the vendor ad).
