1965 F85 4 door

It must be that time in history to sell off '65 F85 four door parts. I have yet another one that must go.

I'd like to sell this car whole, that being said it isn't something I'd travel a long distance for. The left front took a hard hit, the right rear door is bashed, the right quarter has some bondo.

The left quarter is good, three of the doors are good, the glass is good. The interior is pretty much trashed, though there might be some good trim on the dash.

It's a 330 automatic, which runs without making noise. I'd say the car is a September '64 build.

I have not been able to post pictures here for a long time, so if you want some pictures I can send them to a regular email address.

If there isn't any interest in the whole car I'll eventually part it. I already know the eyebrows are bad. Hold off on the parts requests please until I know for sure that's what's going to happen.

I'd like to get 450 out of it, that's what I have in it. Reality tells me I'm not going to do anything with it and it's taking up space I could use for something else. The car is in the Atlanta area. Thanks everyone.

Hey Mike
Here's the photos you asked me to post. Looks like a lot of good parts on that car for what your asking! If you wern't on the other side of the country I'd buy it in a heartbeat as the parts are probably worth $1,000-1,250. I think the crushers are paying $350ish for that much metal, although it would be a crime to not pull off every good part before scrapping the rest

I hope your able to sell it without too much trouble. John

This vintage of AC parts are hard to find. If you do part it out you might try pulling everything and offering it as a set.

Over the years I've had several people ask for AC parts from the 1964-67 vintage. I don't know if they didn't build as many as the 1968-72 cars, but I've only come across one 64-65 AC car out of 7 that I've owned. And one 1967 out of 5 66-67's.

Make him an offer and maybe you'll start the move for Mike to sell parts vs. the car as a whole

Someone once asked, what does ttt or bump mean?

The answer was, it means no one is interested in what you are selling.

So, I guess I will start to part this car out. I'm going to be in Florida the next few days, so be patient if you have any requests. I can send pictures and descriptions of anything, just let me know. Thanks everyone.

If oldstata doesn't go for the fan shroud, I would like to be next in line! Thanks
