Front-seat shoulder belts were not an option in 1970, they were a NHTSA requirement, and were therefore standard,
UNLESS you are offering original back-seat or convertible shoulder belts, which would be unusual and more valuable.

Ted, what do the clasps look like? I can't tell in the photos, but are they painted gold or do they have a brushed aluminum looking finish? Is the release button a GM emblem or the carriage? Is there rust on any of the metal pieces? Is this the complete set including the shoulder straps?

Details/description/pics of the chrome part of the buckles??? No rust? No bubbles? How about scuffing scratching, etc on the chrome?

the chrome is average. there are spider webs, but no deep scratching if that is what you mean.No rust that i can see.
The pics are representative of the condition of the set.
I have not cleaned or restored them.
I pulled them out of my 43 yr old car, what you see is how they are.

hopes this answers your questions

thanks
ted
