65 f-85 4 Door Sedan Doors
I've stripped most of the stuff off the doors of my 65 f-85 Deluxe 4 door sedan. Wide lower exterior mouldings and interior upper thin strips that hold the door panels are gone, but still have lower interior strips and upper thin exterior strips all in really nice shape. I'm getting the doors ready to take to the scrap bin. Wasn't planning to remove regulators or glass. Don't want to fuss with it unless somebody needs it. Would remove regulators or window glass or no-draft windows for $20 each if somebody wanted them.

Check with Napoleon Solo before you junk the doors. A while back he was looking for a pair of front doors for one of his wagon projects.
Also, just so you know the rear quarter panels behind the wheelwells are the same on 2 doors and 4 doors. If your lowers aren't rotted out I know you can find someone to buy those from you. I've had at least 3 requests in the last 6 months for them.

Excellent ideas, both of you. Already got the door handles, they're really nice, my 442 ones are crap (of coarse I'll probably never change them). The quarters are pretty nice, too. Only some bubbling in the thin section between the door and wheel well, otherwise, really solid.

Dave, I'd encourage you to create a thread just on the rear quarters. Post several pictures, including inside and underneath to show the condition. If someone in the States wants them are you close enough to the border to hop into Washington state to ship them?

Hi John,
Unfortunately, I don't have a passport. I'm close to the border, but wrong part, close to Point Roberts !!
When it comes time to remove them, I'll try to cut big. I'd like to save the trunk floor for my other car, but who knows how that will go?
I'm working my way from front to back, slowly, and moving bits from one car to the next. It's like an adventure.
