I would buy them if they were in California for my Vista Cruiser. Someone put black buckets in a blue interior car. Anybody coming to California? Great price. Lee

if I wanted to convert to black, I would need new covers-thats a given, how would I be able to change the color on the plastic? is painting a good option?

Yes you can paint the back black. I've painted plenty of interior pieces and had no issues. These seats are too nice to tear apart and change color. Hopefully someone can use them!

Screw it, keeping them, not worth the headaches dealing with non-serious inquries and cheap bastards.
Ive never gotten so many PMs from this many people only to have not one of them serious, amazing.

That is a problem with allowing people to send PMS instead of posting IN THE THREAD!! It will give the thread creater PMS!!!

I feel your pain! People need to post questions and offers in the thread!! What is this, some secret society that won't do business in the public eye??

I always state to REPLY in the thread and NOT by pm for this reason!! People need to not be so secretive about what they are willing to offer.

These seats are priced right!! This is a good deal.

Hey Lee, if you are seriously interested, I have a friend going back east to move his mom back to Utah. I will be going to Cal this summer. He will be going this Monday. Pm me for contact details if you want to figure something out. (and of course 88 hurst olds would need to be involved! )
Tim

Its the economy these days. Even for a good deal people will think twice before dropping $400.

That's for sure! And the shipping cost isn't going down any time soon with The guy who is in charge of this economy . . . but that is another topic!
