this may be a silly question but where exactly do these go? I am missing some pieces on mine and wanted to make sure where these go so i can check.

AH ok... i should have looked at my manual ><. I am missing the piece that goes from the bumper or frame to the fender. I believe i have these parts on mine already

Which piece do you mean?
I don't think there is any piece connecting the bumper or frame to the fender.

I think what you're describing attaches the bottom of the fender, in front of the wheel, to the core support.
