what is a 1962 olds 98 4 door and 2 door worth

HI I am new to this site I found it on google
the question is I found a 4 door and 2 door both of them 1962.
The 2 door is all complete power windows, power brakes factory air all complete very nice car only rust we could find is golf ball size in front of right rear tire and 4"x1" in the floorboards under rear seat on drivers side has motor and tranny but not sure what they are.
the four door has factory air power brakes and power windows but no motor and tranny
