Looks amazing. Was just looking at a variety of different SS headers available for another project as a starting point for a custom set. Your exhaust looks correct as possible to the manifolds.
Although not the same as what I'm working on, your picture shows how close a SS set of short headers is to exactly fitting for your car.
What spring rates did you chose, if you know?
The compressor looks like the Pro6Ten, if so it's a good piece. I've run them for many years, with lots of rpm using 4.10 gears and a 4spd in a Chev K20 front and rear A/C.

They look almost identical to the other set.
Both good flanges , would have to have both sets side by side to compare. The shape through the flange etc.
Stock springs, I assume that's non HD, but I see boxed rear arms so I don't know. That's why I was asking about the rate.

If it comes out half as nice as your W31 - it will be an amazing car. What kind of condition was the W31 when you got it. I looked but couldn't find pictures

Hi Eddie
Start 800 wet dry then 1000 1500 2000 2500 and finally 3000 wet dry sandpaper
Still a little bit more finessing to do

Alain:

Should I assume, the sanding would be done wet?? Also, when you get done with the 3000, do you finish up with some type of specialty plastic polish and/or sealer?? Since I have my front fender wells out until I paint the car, I may just do this before re-installing them back in the car.

I really enjoy your restorations,

Did you hand sand, or use an orbital polisher?

What is the grit progression to get those to look like that? Refurbing the inner fenders is something I will be tackling soon?
