A/C ducts vent tubing size

A/C ducts vent tubing size
I have a 1971 442 with AC. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to get vent tubes. I find circular tubing. Do you mold it to the square outlet on the dash vents or does someone carry square tubing?

Never seen the square hose reproduced but someone else may know more. Pretty sure Vintage Air uses a square to round adapter in their kits to connect to the factory vents, so maybe they sell them separately too.
