So our 442 did not have headrests originally so we bought the kit from opgi yesterday. Has any one do e the retro fit? I'm not sure if they come with instructions or not but wanted to see if anyone else has done it.

OK so the parts came today and I had the stuff installed in about 30 minutes. It was way easy.

Post up some pics! Not many people have seen them, much less close ups of the bezels where they go through the seatback... Good info to share!

The look identical. The parts opgi sells are exact reproductions of the factory originals. They just bolted right In with no issues or modifications. All I had to do it remove a piece of card board like material that covered up the relief for the chrome trim piece on the headrest bracket.

great pics! I have seen this style up close in person before, but needed pics like that a couple months back for a long distance customer who was looking to install the repops but was hesitant to try it himself.

Talked him through it, but would have helped to have pics like those! THanks for posting!

Wish I'd known you needed them sooner.
I try to take pics, mainly for reference, of everything I do.
I took these for reference so I could properly reinstall the headrests
after I had the seats reupholstered.
