'95 Ciera Interior Door Handle

please tell me how too replace the driver's side interior door handle on a 1995 Ciera.

I think there is a special tool for removing the door handle and the new one will just clip into place. I think there is a hidden screw to remove the backing plate, and once you get that off you can use the tool... I think this is how it works, but I am not sure.
