If you live in a large city check the Yelow Pages for Auto Detailers-Supplies. If not, then a good way to bring the black back to vinyl is to rub it with glycrine, buff if dry, and then polish it with black paste shoe polish.
If you cannot find a color of shoe polish that matches you color you can polish it with the color Neutral and it will put some of the shine back into it but will not take out any faded spots. |

We used a product called SEM that is a vinyl dye stuff on the leather seats on our '77 V***e
...it's been on about ten years and has started to show a little wear...but I would use it again as the seats have no tears...![]() ![]()

I second what Yellow said Sem is a great product, I prefer their Color Coat line. Color coat is not a dye though but more like a flexible paint coating suitable for both vinyl and plastic. Preparation is the key and is simple to follow and pretty much idiot proof as I had no problem getting excellent results. My original seats and door panels look like new. I also used the satin black color.

I used a spray paint by Krylon called Fusion to pain the plastic filler panels between my doors. It looks excellent. I followed the instructions on the can. It is very durable. The only problem is that there aren't many colors and it is a little darker than I had hoped.
