Could someone tell me if the front bench seat, no armrest, and the rear seat in 65 A body convertibles are all the same? I have a chance to buy vinyl listed for a 65 Chevelle and thought it might be the same seat as is in the Olds, Buick, Pontiac A body verts. Thanks

As long as your front bench does not have an armrest, then its the same as the chevelle seat. (arm rests were not an option on chevelles)

the back seats for 65 A-body convertibles will all be the same.

The same is not true for all hard top & sedan cars. Some Buick & olds A-body trims had a different width rear seats than Pontiac & chevy back seats.

That's great. I thought they were the same. Reason I asked was I bought a complete set of new red vinyl seat upholstery for a Chevelle that color matches my 65 Buick Special conv. interior for $150. Figured all A bodies of that era were the same. I know the dimensions are the same as my 67 Cutlass conv. seat. Thanks.
