Repop Plastic Bucket Seat Backs & Aprons

Has anyone had any experience using the aftermarket plastic bucket seat back panels and lower apron pieces? I know the alternative is to dye my original pieces, but I'd like to know about the quality and fit of the repop pieces.

Thanks, Bob

If your originals are in good shape dye them.
My experience with the repros is they are not even close to being the equal to the originals. in both quality and fit.

I recently purchased a set from TPP for my 71. They look good and installed good, no problems. $169 for black and includes the chrome.

There are two different vendors for the plastics. There are authentic grained ones and some that have a weak looking texture. Buy the correct ones from legendary or now inline tube carries the correct ones. I just did seats and they work fine. I scuff them, clean well, use adhesion promoter and spray. Done
