Curious if anyone has had any experience with where the rear mounting strap goes on the side or back of the 8 track player? I know it mounts on one end to the side of the heater core...Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Al

to the front top right tab on the player and then it connects to the back right mounting pole of the plastic case
