I don't have a four door HT, but you could put plastic plugs in those holes...maybe they were for putting a tool in there to help in assembling the latch hardware. ??? I have a friend with a Fiesta. I'll check with him to see what goes in those holes.

This is a picture from the teardown of my '55 four door hardtop - assuming that it's similar, looks like a rubber plug at the rear, and possibly a piece similar to the "End Sweep" at the window channel. Hope this helps

Thank you Olds Dad. Could be a rubber plug that should go there..........
Would it would make sense to ask FUSICK about it ?
Iīm not sure if they have the time to answere those kind of questions ??!!

It wouldn't hurt to ask, but unless it's in his catalog they probably won't know off hand.
For the plug, I'd get a dimension and check out www.restorationspecialties.com
As for the sweep piece, you'll have to find someone who has an original car with the piece still intact and try to replicate it - unless it's the same as a chevy, nobody will reproduce it....but I'm sure there's something close out there.

@ Olds Dad :
Yep, that was my idea, to find somebody here, showing me a picture of an intact piece, so I can duplicate it.
To find a rubber plug that fits in that hole, shoudnīt be a problem.
@ yellow statue :
Weīll see, if your friend replies.
There should be a possibility in this forum, to contact the owners directly with the same year of the car. Members assortet by the years of their cars and models. Or is there something alike, and I had overseen it ???
