driver side rear turn signals and brake lights

Hi everyone.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the turnsignal switch for a 1968 cutlass s no tilt steering and ignition on the dash? At the steering wheel?
My drivers side brake lights and turn signals are not working. Disconnected moon shaped connector at base of steering column and applied 12volts to yellow lead(left rear tail lights) lights came on. Hooked connector back up and actuated the left turn signal, nothing. Pressed the brakes nothing. Right side working. Parking/running lights (brown wire) working.
