Unhappy

I have a problem. My door locks lock with the switch but will not unlock. When I unplug the circut breaker (from the fuse block)and hit the lock switch I can hear a clicking from a relay in the passenger side kick panel. I inspected it and it looks like a relay. I can not find it for sale anywhere so I don't know if this is right.
It is a 1981 Olds Regency 98. I traced the wires and they are all good. I also unplugged the switch and tested the wires and jumpered them to make it unlock, Is it a possibility that both of my door lock switches are bad? ANY HELP PLEASE

Had a similar problem in my '90 J**p Cherokee. Affected only left front and right rear doors. Troubleshot electrics, cleaned and lubed lock mechanisms, no fix. Learned to live with it for the last 2 years. Replaced negative battery cable a couple of months ago for massive corrosion...they now work! Try cleaning the body ground strap connections and replacing negative battery cable.
