1969 Delta 88 Custom w/B07 Police Apprehender Package

Well I made a trip down south to pick up this 1969 Delta 88 Custom w/B07 Police Apprehender Package. I had a great time and the seller was more than helpful when a problem arised with my tow vehicle.I can't thank him enough! I'm sure some of you have read the threads on this car know the original engine (L32) and transmission (M41) did not come with the vehicle. I've been scanning my mind trying to figure out exactly what I want to do to the car. I wanted to hear from you guys about what should I do to this car. Any thoughts?

Just 2 days ago I found a '69 Delta Custom coupe in a yard in southern Ohio. It still has the original 455 2bbl engine & trans. I know it's not correct for your car but it is the correct year.

Chris it is absent from my sig file for now, until I figure out where I'm going with this car. The speedo is the R J55 Safety Sentinel Speedometer

Scott, you seem to have the knack to find stuff. Lol. Is the engine locked up? I know I do need the trim on the (front) hood that surrounds the grill when closed. Sorry if I'm mixing up names it's been awhile since I been on the site.

Kino,
I missed your post regarding me but maybe you can get some goodies off this poor old girl. It looks like some jackwagon messed up the nose of the hood for some reason & robbed the cam gear?? I didn't try to turn it over but wouldn't be surprised if it is free.

Tim,
I hesitate to give up my secrets but here you go.

Kino I may have that hood trim piled up with the rest of the parts down stairs.. I thought it was in the car at onel point. i will look for it and will send it to you !! I was having same issues trying to figure out what to do. Last i knew Unkle Hulka still had trans but price was up there for it. I think just a nice mild built engine would be good to just get her back on the road!!
