B body oldsmobile vs the world?

To be different is to be noticed. If I am in the 57 I always get smiles and waves from the older generation and the young 18-25, Its the 30's to 50 group the either ignores my car or thinks its slow and old. The same goes for my Kawasaki KZ1300 but neither is slow so who cares

I like the B bodies and it is a little depressing when at a show or cruise nite the car is totally ignored. Not that my cars are that great, a few glances and a question or two would be cool. My 1st car was a 66 Delta vert. The 425 HC had plenty of power and was no match for the stock SB Fords and Chevys. The car had plenty of room and plushness. My 66 Sfire was so smooth I would forget I was driving such an old car. My 4spd Delta is pretty rare and unusual but gets no looks either. As long as I am happy with the B body that's all that matters but a lot of people are missing the boat (no pun intended) with these cars.

I like my deltas because I can fix them and don't see one coming and going everyday. My 1970 gets the most attention because of the color and the wheels. I love the smooth ride and I have gotten rid of most of the float with stiffer shocks and springs.
