New here and need some help

I have a 69 cutlass S with a 350 in it. I am trying to figure out what heads it has on it. The stamp on them is 409 147. and in real hard to read stamp at the end it has 141. Anyone know which heads these are, and if They are worth keeping. Really dont have money for new alum. ones. All help is appreciated.

1971, 64cc dish. May or may not have hardened seats for unleaded gas. They take nicely to pocket porting.

Aluminum heads take a lot of work before you can use them. Straight out of the box, Edelbrocks flow worse than stocks!

Where in Texas are you?

I am in Watauga. It is in the DFW area. I do think the ones I have got the hardened seats. Thanks for the help

Did you get a chance to attend the Oldsmobile Club of America Nationals in Dallas last July?

Contact the North Texas Oldsmobile Club. There's LOTS of great folks up there to hang out with and help you out.

Didn't go? What a shame! It's really impressive to see over 600 Oldsmobiles in one place! There's pictures on the NTOC web site.

Really good folks there. You'll find folks that are into racing, cruising, and showing. Just pick your clique and have a great time!
