looking for suggestions

new 2 the sitehi all, a little info on me, im 24 years old my father bought me my 1971 cutlass surpreme when i was a freshman in high school, i wanted to rip it apart and make a big block race car at that time. im thankful i listened to my dad and left it all factory. lol, i got into mustangs bigtime and spent alot of money racing and let my olds just sit and rot and now im outta the game,just sold my 88 mustang and all the parts and im back into the olds again. i just want to make it a nice driver will have pics soon. any suggestions on engine combinations, its a 350 and i dont want to change it to a 455, cam intake heads etc thanks all
o yea its green with green interior

There are plenty of options available. The SBO 350 is a good engine. With a decent set of heads, an aftermarket cam and intake manifold, and a set of headers they can really run. Post pics of your Olds when you get a chance.

It's like any other engine. You want a little extra power but want to able to drive it. Up the compression a little 9.5-1 pistons. 280 duration 490 lift cam 2000 stall 650 carb. headers, edelbrook intake, 3.23 gears with posi, or locker and just have fun.

The 350 is a legendary rock solid engine. With care it will run forever.
