molding clips
I'm starting to remove the moldings from my 69 cutlass S convertible so I can get to the rust underneath, and to polish them up. My question is about the plastic clips. I can knock some of them out with a hammer, but I can't reach all of them with such a large instrument, especially around the top or rear side window area. The ones that I try to pry from the outside just break. Do I just let them break and plan on replacing all of them when it comes time to reinstall or is there a better way to get these things out?
Thanks, Ken |
