panel behind bumper...
My 85 Toronado is missing the panel behind the bumper. Any one know what it's called so I can order one? Also, how difficult would it be to replace?

I'm not sure if there is an "official" name for what you are referring to. I know you can order them from Fusick for certain cars. I don't know if they would carry them for an 85 Toro though. It is worth looking into though. I think they are just called bumper fillers. I need to replace them on my Olds since the rubber is really deteriorated and discolored. On my car all I have to do is take the bumper off and put them in. I am sure the procedure is a bit different for your car. Check out the following website.
