My 2 cents
$50k will take it to a driveable #3 car if you want someone else to do all the work. It will be easy to spend far more. Naturally costs are lower if you are willing and able to handle the restoration your self.

Unless you own a paint & body shop, that car needs at least 75K min to get it to anywhere close to what it deserves to be, and that is if you do all the disassembly, reassembly and mechanical resto stuff yourself.

So you can have a real car done the way you like/want it.
There are not too many documented no issues 4 speeds even available on the market and if they are available they are usually not budget buys ; )

Stefano, please post the pics here of the gold car you showed us over on FB. My limited computer skills are not up to the task! Would be a great comparison and inspiration to see what this car "COULD BE"! $50k gets you to Cruise Night, $70k gets you to the Nationals, $100k gets you in Divorce Court.

W-30 Nugget Gold
Only 1,270 Olds W30s were equipped with a manual trans / muncie 4 speed. A broad cast card doesn't confirm the 4 speed option.
The eBay W30 has very good history back to the selling dealer and the original unrestored status of the car can help verify that it was one of the original 4 speed cars.
Very Kool find.
