1965 or 66 Starfire Project Car $1,000

Today I stopped to look at a car in a neighboring town. I don't need another project, but this one looks interesting. I walked around it and thought it a pretty clean project.

The good:
I believe it's the original engine, has the carb and "S" manifold
Console and floor shifter there and looks good
Bucket seats there but need recovered.
Instrument panel looks good, tilt wheel.
Little or no rust!
Drivers door has some dents, otherwise it's straight.
Full set of wheel covers, with the 2 bar spinner centers.
Exhaust still going through rear quarter panels

The bad:
Missing air cleaner, radiator top plate, hood hinge springs
Rear seat is just springs, no material left
Full set of trim and nice grill area, but small bumps present.
Mechanic shop has it and got a lien title for it
Rear bumper has spots of flaked chrome with rust underneath
No idea when it was last run and don't know anything about the condition of the engine/transmission
Too nice for parts car but will take a lot of work to rebuild.

Located near Medford Oregon, if your interested let me know and I'll get more details. John
