1956 Olds Super 88 2dr ht

Off road since the 70's
Restoration that stopped when owner passed.
Typical Olds rust areas patched. Not concourse job but riveted sheet. Good for a driver. Very desirable model. Easy project car. Trim and interior (seats , door panels & side glass) are out of car.
Highly optioned car:
Power brakes, Power steering, Holiday trim, Clock
Courtesy lights, Padded dash
Upon initial inventory, most if not all parts are there. Did not see a driver's front window however. Original interior is respectable. Would need carpet and headliner.
Chrome seems to all there. Will need replating. Stainless trim is all there.
Tires will hold air.
Engine is a 1957 371 non J2. Stated to have been rebuilt.
Engine runs nice and smooth
Starter, carb & fuel pump just rebuilt. Fuel tank flushed
Car does move under its own power in the driveway

Clean title.
$7000 obo As is. Price may go up as work progresses.

I'm too old for this interesting project, but in going through the slide show, there appears to be lots of duplicate/extra parts that could be sold off individually after the car is completed.
