On eBay you have this under salvage title. What is the story behind the title?

If the title does not say salvage then you should not put it under that advertising to save on fees. That may be why it has not sold. On the other hand if it does say salvage it will be hard to sell. It will have to be inspected by the highway patrol and it they find stollen parts on it they confiscate the car. I am living that fear now as mine says salvage. Post a picture of the title and if it does not say salvage you will have much better chance of selling. Car looks good. Salvage will greatly reduce the value so good luck.

Post a picture of the title. Cover your name and address. It should sell quick once you show the eBay add was incorrect in placing it under salvage title. Seriously I am just trying to help. I saw it on ebay. It's a nice car and priced for quick sale. Do as many of the following as possible. Good luck with your sale. This car should have sold by now IMO.

Check the motor and transmission vin numbers and if they match the VIN of the car that will help it sell. Mention that in your add.

Get it state inspected and show in your add that it passed.

Get a shop to put it up on their lift and take pictures of the under side. From what you show of the floor pan it looks solid. Get one showing a larger area while it's on the lift.

I am looking thru ended eBay adds and on my computer his add showed clear title. When I was looking with my phone last time his add was active and clicked on description that's where it showed salvage title section. At that time I figured that's why it has not sold. He probably does have a clean title and I just pissed him off. Also saw that a buyer pressed the buy it now button and did not buy the car or even come look at it, just disappeared. That sometimes scares future bidders cause they think something must be wrong with the car. Between that and my chiming in with the salve title misunderstanding it doesn't help his sale. Not sure why it showed salvage title on my phone. All I can do is clear up my mistake by posting this and hope the suggestions I made help him sell.
