1971 442 convertible project
I have a 1971 442 numbers matching car that I am forced to sell to take a business opportunity. The car have all of the body work done and pretty much just needs to be assembled. The engine was rebuilt by dick Miller, new top, new grille, new emblems, all new lights, many more new parts, and all of the chrome is solid original just needs to be polished. The paint was just completed, I have receipts that date back to 1990 from the project and pictures of all that was done for the period of time that I had it.

After dumping a few more dollars into the car, it is back up for sale. The engine is back in the car(running), completely new brake system(converted to full disc), new 17" ss1s wrapped in bfgoodrich tires, new alternator, ac condenser, Ac dryer, ac lines, ac compressor and a few more parts. At this point the only thing that has to be done is the installation of vacuum lines, the brakes installed and the interior. I am offering it here first for someone that would really appreciate the car, if it is not sold in a couple weeks its going to mecum in Harrisburg, Pa this month. All solid offers will be considered, do understand that I have at least 40k in the car with labor. As in the original post the car is number matching. The car is located in Atlanta, ga. The car also comes with all the original parts that have been replaced. For more info call me at (470) 723-8284. For more pictures of the restoration go to https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums/major-builds-projects/100291-my-1971-442-build.html.

At this point I am in the car for a little more than 40k. I want just want to break even. Last week the electrical was ran with a new harness, and new brake system was installed. I really need to be at 40k to let the car go. Attached is a picture of how the car sit now.
