Body Off
Is there 14 bolts to unscrew? Also, I spun my trunk Bolts and now I have to cut into my trunk to unbolt from the carriage nut. Is that true ? or is there another way?
P.S I have a 66 442. Thanks, Todd |

A convertible huh. Yes 14 is correct. I have the very same problem on my '67 convertible. The body mounts were bad for rust thru in the trunk area. Mine were so rusted they just twisted off. If trunk area is good just cut the nuts out and replace from the bottom. Those body mount pieces are available several different ways depending on how much rust you have. Just the bracket or patch panels. OPGI, Year One and Fusick have the panels. Hope this helps and good luck. Bill
