There are many ways to convert to fuel injection. The simplest is to buy a kit from Edelbrock or Holley. They make both throttle body injection and multi-point injection kits. The easiest to install would be a throttle body injection kit. These systems were used extensively during the mid 80s to early 90s and worked excellent.

It's certainly possible, particularly since hundreds of thousands of these engines have been built with EFI from the factory. You didn't say what year or model car we're talking about.

Why do you want to put fuel injection on it? It probably already has a CCC Dualjet on it.

Why not just change out the engine while you're at it!
I am sure a 350 would fit nicely.
