Talking Dual Quad Intake 455 Oldsmobile

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can get a Dual Quad Intake for a 455 Oldsmobile? How about other Oldsmobile parts?

Thank you,

Brandon

I think the only company that manufactures dual quad intakes for Oldsmobiles is Offenhauser.

Actually, Edelbrock USED to make a dual plane, dual quad intake for a BBO. I had one on a 455 and with a pair of Carter 500 cfm carbs and progressive linkage, the car would easily get 14+ mpg (while being aggressively driven). They pop up on ebay occasionally. I'd certainly use the Edelbrock before the Offy. The single plane Offy uses very flat runners. I suspect (based on exactly ZERO hard test data, by the way) that a modern air gap single quad intake would make more power.
