394 Exhaust Manifold

Hi, I am new to this sight What year exhaust manifold will fit my 61 394. I would like to replace that single dual exhaust manifold on the right side.
Thanks

There is no such thing as a dual exhaust manifold on a '61. For duals, you need to eliminate the crossover pipe and bolt a block-off plate on the right hand manifold.

I believe you can get a dual exhaust manifold for the driver's side. Try to find a 98 Coupe with the high compression 394. You can slavage the driver's side manifold off of this and put it on your car. Then you take the cross over off and cap off your passenger side manifold (or better yet have it welded up). I believe any driver's side dual exhaust manifold from a 394 will work. It doesn't have to be a specific year.

You do not need to change either of the manifolds to put duals on a '61 or '62 full size car. The parts book lists one LH manifold number and one RH manifold number for '61/'62 applications - single exhaust, dual exhaust or Starfire, doesn't matter. '63s & '64s are different.
