Question Mounting coil bracket

Getting rid of my HEI for a stock type distributor. Can someone post a close up pic of the coil bracket installed? My assembly manual doesn't have a clear pic. What I can make out it looks like it goes to the back of the head. Is that right?
There looks to be a 2nd diagram below that goes to the intake. That is the one I think I have but I can't tell which way its oriented

Thanks

The coil bracket screw screws into its own threaded hole in the intake manifold, and it fits like this:

I have never seen one mounted in the back like that Ron.
Both mine are made to mount atop the manifold.
Does you coil bracket look like the one of the last pic?

That's the way they mount on the Toro.

Thanks guys. Very helpful. I saw the threaded boss on the back of the intake after I posted. Tru-blue's pic very clearly shows the orientation. Thanks

Note that the picture in the Engine Dress section of the Assembly Manual shows a small block, and TruBlu's pictures are of a big block. The bosses are in different places.
Which one do you have?

Here's a comparison drawing from the Engine Assembly Manual:

And if the OP had a decent copy of the PIM instead of that crappy repro that was posted, you'd have been able to read the note on the drawing with the rear-mounted coil that says "E-car".

I wasn't gonna say it.
