425 crank

Yes it will fit. If you look at the number on the lobe you'll see both crank shafts have the same number. 1965-67 400 and 425 used the same cranks. John
Here's an example of the number to look for.

John, I got my dream car a 1966 olds Toronado. When I got the fuel system restored I started it. Five bent push rods. After working on the stuck value and removing the intake to remove the bent push rods. I found a small piece of the oil ring cage in-between two of the lifters. Engine came out and disassemble. Everything in side was new, no wear on lifters. Timing chain thigh, clean with a 10/20 crank. It was junk, mains looked good but the rods were shot. Number 2 piston damaged, cylinder was untouched. Can't believe it but no damage. I feel it was rebuilt right before it was parked for twenty years. The person I got it from said it ran but the fuel pump was bad. Whole fuel system was plugged. Oil was clean, transmission fluid was cherry red. With that all being said I feel there's a chance to rering this one. I have no way of knowing what pistons was used. Have mic it yet but no top groove on the cylinders. Not sure what the bore is. Is there a way to find out what pistons were used? Can send pictures if it would help.
