Ok, found out that what I need to do the job is a softplug or a new block warmer...I bought a soft plug and know how to install it, what I don't know is if there is a special tool required to remove the bad block heater. The motor is a stock 307 if that helps. I noticed the soft plug has a 5/8 nut on it to snug it in and cause a seal, but I don't feel a nut on the block heater...which has left me wondering how to go about removing it. Any info would be a big help!
