About 15 years ago there was a 68 442 Sport Coupe in a storage lot near my house. The car was rusty but it had the three speed manual floor shifter and bench seat (which was a CREDIT option over the standard equipment buckets). I always thought it was kind of cool in a perverse sort of way, since it was clearly the least expensive 442 one could order in 1968.

1970 Sports Coupe

Hi Guys. I haven't been on the site for a couple of months. I do indeed have a 1970 post coupe. It has a bench seat and is equipped with a TH400 with the shifter to the floor. I suspect this may have been a modification. My Olds is the talk of the neighbourhood as I tear up the tar on every street corner. I love the damm thing...........what can I say.

1968 442 Post Coupe

Just got one, it's partly restored, 4 speed bench seat car with P/S, dark green exterior, white interior. Needs brake work, radio, ans some of the dash control knobs are missing. I really don't know much about it, it runs good, sounds great.
