Question- I have 15x7 '75 Ralleye Rims ( Thanks Dan ) , no beauty rings that I would like to purchase, so, I see "generic" ones on ebay for around 50$ as opposed to 300$ from Yearone. Will "generic" trim rings fit these rims ????

Generic trim rings should fit. I believe the SS rims take 3" deep trim rings. You might even be able to order some from your local parts store. I found that they don't usually carry the 3" deep trim rings.

 

The newer ones are usually plastic.
I'd try to find a metal set, but that's just me.

 

Yeah, that aluminized plastic is pretty bogus. Make sure you don't order a set of those.
