Toe is adjusted with the tierod ends. You need some toe-in because as the car travels forward, the front wheels will bow outward on the spindle's axis and cause 1) squirrelly handling and 2) rapid and excessive tire wear if toe is not set correctly.
Caster and camber are adjusted by shimming the upper A-arms, to angle the top of the wheel in or out from centerline. I suggest you take the car to a good front-end alignment shop if you're unsure about it. Preferably one that has some experience with dubs, since with bigger wheels/tires, factory specs are probably not even relevant.
