Jolly, I would suggest looking into interior kits from Year One or Kanter. You could easily rebuild your seats on a weekend if the weather was nice. Plus, that would be cheaper than having a shop do it for you. You can also put in new carpeting which is available from the above companies. Then you could leave the hard stuff like door panels and head liner for the pros (head liners are available as well though). I hope to do this with my car someday. I think it would be fun and a learning experience. If you are good with tools you won't have any problem with the seats and carpet.
