The connector with the 2 green wires is not connected and I do not see where the can be connected to the saftey switch. I know this to be the problem because I used a jumper wire and the lights work. Is there a male connector for this or is it supposed to be connected on the saftey switch? You must have the wrong switch. There should be two sets of terminals, one pair for the neutral safety switch and one pair for the backup light switch. In the interim you can simply wire a toggle switch between those green wires to pass inspection.
