Yes indeed that is a 4 speed shifter & plate you see there. I picked up a rebuilt 3:08 Posi rear in 2002 to replace my original 2:29 that had almost 200,000 miles on it. My 260 motor and M200 trans weren't too thrilled with running 3000 RPMs at 65 mph. In fact the M200 blew up at the 2003 Nationals and the car was U-Hauled home. So, I picked up a 200R4 and I got my 1900 rpms at 65 mph back (and my 21 mpg as well!) Great trans for running 3rd around town, and then hitting the O/D on the highway.
